Overview

Imbue Radiata products are made from heat tempering clear grade FSC® certified New Zealand Radiata Pine. Virtually knotless, and a rich chocolate brown in colour.

Imbue Radiata has been tested extensively for over 15 years, both in lab and long-term accelerated field trials. This is combined with over a decade of real-world in-service history, so you can be confident of performance and durability for a lifetime.

Surface Finishes
We can apply a number of different surface finishes and textures to elevate grain appearance and improve coating uptake.
finish.jpg

Planed

A glassy-smooth, dressed finish.
finish.jpg

Fine Sawn

The traditional choice, boards are passed through a band saw to create a soft textured, sawn face.
finish.jpg

Riven

Randomly oscilating cutters plane smooth swaying lines into the board face to create this unique finish. No two boards will look alike.
finish.jpg

Weatherbeaten

Achieved using a lighter wire brush, this finish accentuates the harder grain of the timber, creating a weathered, two-tone finish when combined with coatings.

Wire Brushed

Wire brushes are used to remove softer wood fibres, creating a rough structured finish
