Overview

Thermo Pine is a high-performance timber cladding option, offering exceptional durability, dimensional stability, and cost efficiency. Thermally modified, this softwood is highly resistant to decay and warping, making it ideal for long-lasting exterior cladding applications.

A standout feature of  Thermo Pine is its unique appearance, characterised by attractive bird’s eye knots and a warm, rich tone developed during the thermal modification process. This gives the timber a distinctive natural look, perfect for modern architectural designs or traditional building styles.

Planed

A glassy-smooth, dressed finish.

Fine Sawn

The traditional choice, boards are passed through a band saw to create a soft textured, sawn face.
finish.jpg

Riven

Randomly oscilating cutters plane smooth swaying lines into the board face to create this unique finish. No two boards will look alike.

Weatherbeaten

Achieved using a lighter wire brush, this finish accentuates the harder grain of the timber, creating a weathered, two-tone finish when combined with coatings.

Wire Brushed

Wire brushes are used to remove softer wood fibres, creating a rough structured finish
